Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. / Η παραγγελία σας θα αποσταλεί σε 2-5 εργάσιμες μέρες!
In case of pre-order , you will be informed for the dispatch day through mail. / Σε περίπτωση προπαραγγελίας θα ενημερωθείτε με mail για την ημερομηνία αποστολής.
All order are currently sent by Hellenic Post Servise (ELTA), trackable post and tracking information emailed to you upon dispatch. / Όλες οι παραγγελίες αποστέλλονται με τα ΕΛΤΑ (Ελληνικά Ταχυδρομεία), με ιχνιλατίσιμο δέμα και οι πληροφορίες της αποστολής σας στέλνονται με mail.
Shipping to Greece
Shipping to Greece costs 4,50€ for all the destinations. / Tα μεταφορικά κόστη για την Eλλάδα είναι 4,50€
Orders to Greece are estimated to be delivered in 2-5 business days after shipment / Οι παραγγελίες στην Ελλάδα υπολογίζονται να φτάνουν εντός 2-5 ημερών.
Free shipping is offered for all orders over 120€ shipped to Greece. / Δωρεάν μεταφορικά για παραγγελίες άνω των 120€
Shipping to Cyprus
Shipping to Cyprus costs 15€ for all the orders below 210€.
Orders to Cyprus are estimated to be delivered in 5-7 business days after shipment.
Free shipping is offered for orders to Cyprus above 210€.
International Shipping
International orders have a flat rate 18€ shipping fee.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country.
Tax & duties are at the cost of the recipient.
Delivery time is indicative; we are not responsible for delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control. / Ο χρόνο παράδοσης είναι ενδεικτικός. Δεν είμαστε υπεύθυνοι για καθυστερήσεις που μπορεί να προκύψουν από παράγοντες που είναι εκτός του ελέγχου μας.
Exchanges / Αλλαγές
Exchange with another size, colour or product. / Αλλαγή με άλλο μέγεθος, χρώμα ή προϊόν.
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of when you received the item. / Ευχαρίστως δεχόμαστε αλλαγές εντός 14 ημερών από όταν παραλάβατε το προϊόν.
The new product must be at least at the same prize with the product you want to exchange or higher. / Η νέα παραγγελία θα πρέπει να είναι ίσης ή μεγαλύτερης αξίας από το προϊόν που θέλετε να αλλάξετε.

We accept exchanges only from European Union.
We cannot accept exchanges from non European countries due to taxes that may applied on the returning packages.
Conditions of exchange / Όροι της αλλαγής :
Shipping costs are non-refundable. / Τα μεταφορικά κόστη δεν επιστρέφονται.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs./ Ο αγοραστής είναι υπεύθυνος για το κόστος των μεταφορικών της αλλαγής.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. / Αν το προϊόν δεν επιστραφεί στην αρχική του κατάσταση , φέρει ευθύνη ο αγοραστής για την μείωση της αξίας του προϊόντος.
The item must be its original condition with been worn or damaged. / Το προϊόν πρέπει να είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση με τα ταμπελάκια και να μην έχει φορεθεί.
The buyer must have the receipt and place it in the return package. / Ο αγοραστής πρέπει να έχει την απόδειξη και να την τοποθετήσει στο δέμα για την αλλαγή
Customers are also responsible for tracking their own returned items. / Οι πελάτες είναι υπεύθυνοι για την παρακολούθηση των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will likely need photos of the inside/outside of the box, as well as the item that has been damaged. / Αν η παραγγελία σας έχει κάποια ζημιά ενημερώστε μας απευθείας. Ίσως να χρειαστούμε κάποιες φωτογραφίες από το δέμα και το προϊόν.
If you experience any issues with your order or believe you received a defective item, please contact us. / Αν έχετε κάποιο πρόβλημα με την παραγγελία, παρακαλούμε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.
Once items have been shipped they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. / Μόλις το δέμα αποσταλεί γίνεται περιουσία και ευθύνη του αγοραστή.
